Body, Mind & Spirit has evolved into Inspired Birth and Families. We are a Childbirth and Family Resource Center located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. We are still THE resource for expecting parents, but we also offer numerous classes for those with babies, young kids and even older kids.
Our new location starting May 1, 2012 is 3916B Carlisle NE, north of Comanche and easy to access from both I25 and I40. See the link to the right for a map and more details.
