Offering Inspirational Birthing Classes, Compassionate Doula Care and much more…

Welcome to the Body, Mind & Spirit website. We are a Childbirth and Family Resource Center located in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Beginning in January 2008, we will offer our classes out of The Source, a collection of eclectic health and service providers, in addition to a lovely community space used for events, weekly neighborhood potluck dinners, and many workshops and gatherings.

Our workshops and services focus on the needs of expectant families and families with babies and young children. We provide unique continuity of care, with early pregnancy gatherings for moms in their first and second trimesters, childbirth classes and Doula services, and a multitude of postpartum and parenting workshops and resources. We hope to contribute to Albuquerque’s growing community of informed parents seeking better birth and parenting options.

We are a small, woman-owned business. Our business is family-centered, and we strive to practice what we preach and keep our lives the same way. Our teaching space is small and homey, and thus we restrict class sizes for all of our workshops.

Join us for our Grand Opening Open House at The Source!

Saturday, January 12, 11am-1pm

Celebrate the Solstice, New Year and our New Beginning - we look forward to seeing you!
