Dear Friends,

I would like to express the immense sense of gratitude we are feeling for our community. There are no words to fully express how thankful I am to all of you. How quickly and generously you all have reached out to help our family is what has carried us through the last three weeks. It is a huge affirmation for me of the work I do and the people I get to work with everyday. I hope to be able to return to work when I am able, as I love our community so very dearly and know it is what Tim would want. He supported and was so proud of the work I did. He used to wear a blue bracelet to work that read "Trust birth" and loved when people asked about it, so he could tell anyone who would listen what his wife did for a living.

Our membership program is a way to reap year-long rewards at Inspired and around town!

We've partnered with local businesses to bring you and your family wonderful deals, including free tram passes, photography sessions and reiki sessions. That's just the beginning of the list! You'll also get special deals and freebies from Inspired.

This month, we offered our members FREE passes to the premier showing of Babies, a new movie by Focus Features. The showing is this Thursday, May 6 at 7pm at the UA Winrock Theater. We have FOUR pairs of tickets left after our members got theirs! The first four people to "LIKE" us (the new version of "Become a Fan") on FaceBook and/or add a review of your favorite class at Inspired gets them! Health, Yoga and Pilates during the Childbearing Year

Learn how to use yoga and pilates, as well as other positive lifestyle suggestions, to obtain optimum health in the childbearing year, from comfort in pregnancy and labor, to postpartum recovery, to regaining and even improving your pre-pregnancy fitness level. For the beginner or those with yoga experience, everyone will learn something to help them optimize their health and make the most out of this important time.
